① Login to https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.acion
② Select your current device model
③ Select iTunes Store, App Store, or iBookstore
④ Select "No subjects in list". Select the "Continue" button on the screen that appears after filling in the refund title and selecting "Enter"
⑤ Select "Email" from the solutions
⑥ Enter your name and e-mail information, refund contents [Device name / Game name / Order number / Requests] and select "Continue".
(You will receive an answer at your Apple account address from Apple within 2 ~ 3 days after the email is sent.
